I'm sure you have all heard of the term skinny fat. This when someone is chubby but doesn't take up much space. A person who is close to their target weight, but is soft all over. To be honest, this is a super easy thing to fix, but a lot of people go about it the wrong way. Someone who is skinny fat is just 3 months away from transforming their body, they just need to attack this problem the right way.

Ricky Collins of Oregon former Guam resident, have made the decision to try and re-qualify for Nationals.  He is preparing for the Washington State Bodybuilding Championships which is a National Qualifier

It will be 1 year since his open quad surgery and about 4 months since the removal of a tumor in his right calf.  He is going out on a limb and trying the impossible.

The fundraiser at Club 6 Deuce event turned out pretty alright. The crowd was a mixed of new athletes, former athletes and some old skoolers. I had the chance to meet some of these cool people. There was food, entertainment, prizes and a smoke free atmosphere that you can actually unwind and let that stress fade.
