Ricky Collins of Oregon former Guam resident, have made the decision to try and re-qualify for Nationals.  He is preparing for the Washington State Bodybuilding Championships which is a National Qualifier

It will be 1 year since his open quad surgery and about 4 months since the removal of a tumor in his right calf.  He is going out on a limb and trying the impossible. 

He is  currently 259 w/abs. A couple of his buddies are helping him out, Phil Hernon and Dave, Phil, his trainer actually won his pro card against Craig Titus back in the day. So he got a good team here.  The contest will be on July 12th 2009. We wish him lotsa luck!
